SENECA FALLS, N.Y. — The Seneca Falls Police Department has announced the arrest of Jacob Hubbs, a 29-year-old resident of the town, on an outstanding warrant issued by the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office.
Hubbs was taken into custody on Wednesday and subsequently transferred to Ontario County authorities, where he was placed into their custody for further legal proceedings.
Officials emphasized that the charges are merely accusations at this stage, and Hubbs is presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court.
