Jack Christensen Arrested with Drugs and Firearm in Alamogordo

37-Year-Old Faces Multiple Drug Trafficking Charges

A 37-year-old man, Jack Christensen, from Alamogordo, New Mexico, was arrested on April 3 after officers found a large quantity of drugs and a firearm in his vehicle. Christensen was apprehended around 4:30 a.m. on the 1400 block of North White Sands Boulevard on two warrants for trafficking and possession of a controlled substance.

After taking him into custody, Alamogordo Police, along with the White Mountain Drug Task Force, obtained a search warrant for the vehicle Christensen was traveling in. The search led to the discovery of 74 grams of methamphetamine, 263 fentanyl pills, 15 suboxone strips, a firearm, and drug paraphernalia.

Christensen was charged with two counts of trafficking a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance. He was booked into the Otero County Detention Center and is awaiting his court appearances.
