LYONS, NY – The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reports that 27-year-old Isis Tarver of Lyons is facing multiple charges following a domestic dispute on Canal Street.
Deputies say Tarver was involved in a physical altercation with a female family member on Thursday, August 28. During the fight, she allegedly struck the victim multiple times in the head and damaged a door inside the residence.
The incident reportedly occurred in the presence of a child under the age of 17.
Tarver has been charged with criminal mischief (fourth degree), endangering the welfare of a child, and harassment (second degree). She was released on an appearance ticket and is expected to appear in court at a later date.
