ICE Nabs 6 Criminal Illegal Aliens with 42 Entries, 48 Crimes

Repeat Offenders Arrested in Houston for Multiple Convictions

HOUSTON, TX — U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) arrested six criminal illegal aliens in the Houston area this past week, individuals who together illegally entered the U.S. 42 times and racked up 48 criminal convictions.

Among those apprehended:

Oscar Moran Valle, 43, a Paisas gang member from Mexico, was arrested July 29. He illegally entered the U.S. 12 times and has 11 criminal convictions, including DWI, drug possession, larceny, and illegal reentry.

Thanh Van Nguyen, 53, from Vietnam, has nine convictions, including burglary, assault, larceny, and obstruction. He was arrested the same day.

Alex Salomon Reyes-Chavez, 46, of Honduras, entered illegally five times and has seven convictions, including burglary, heroin and cocaine trafficking, and grand theft auto.

Marvin Javier Marquez Celaya, 38, another Honduran national, has eight convictions, including burglary, drug possession, domestic violence, and illegal reentry. He was arrested July 30.

Angel Bonilla Barahona, 38, from Honduras, with seven illegal entries and seven convictions, including three assaults and resisting arrest.

Jose Angel Munoz Saucedo, 40, from Mexico, crossed illegally 12 times and has eight convictions, including four DWIs and fleeing law enforcement.

These arrests were made by multi-agency targeting teams formed to enhance public safety and national security by removing dangerous, repeat offenders.

ICE emphasized that these individuals represent the “worst of the worst” and that their removal from U.S. communities is essential to protect the public and enforce immigration laws.
