The Hyderabad Narcotic Enforcement Wing (H-NEW), in coordination with Tolichowki police, arrested two persons involved in drug peddling and seized MDMA, mobile phones, and a two-wheeler, all valued at Rs1.77 lakh.
The arrested individuals are Mohd Imran (alias Shukoor/Sahil), 31, a car driver from Suncity, Bandlaguda Jagir, and Shaik Baseer Ahmed (alias Sameer), 32, a resident of Humayun Nagar.
Police confirmed that the suspects were actively distributing the drugs in Hyderabad. Investigators have registered a case and are probing the source of the contraband and any wider network.
