HUNTINGTON, W.Va. — A Huntington man has been arrested for allegedly selling drugs to a 15-year-old boy, resulting in the teen’s death, police said.
Tony Eldon Lee Jr. faces charges of delivery of a controlled substance causing death after the juvenile reportedly overdosed on drugs purchased from him. Investigators said Lee was living with the teen’s mother at the time of the incident.
Lee was located Sunday in west Huntington and initially provided a false name to officers. He was quickly identified and taken into custody.
Police noted that Lee has a prior criminal history with multiple felony convictions. He is being held at the Western Regional Jail on a cash-only bond.
