Hunter Jess Hollon Arrested in $53,000 Burglary at Texas Solar Site
BEE COUNTY, Texas — A man has been arrested in connection with a major burglary at LPL Solar in the Tynan area, where equipment and materials worth approximately $53,000 were stolen.
On September 12, Bee County deputies responded to the reported burglary. Working in coordination with nearby law enforcement agencies, authorities quickly secured both a search and arrest warrant.
The suspect, identified as 41-year-old Hunter Jess Hollon, was taken into custody and charged with theft of property (a third-degree felony) and burglary of a building (a state jail felony).
Investigators recovered all-terrain vehicles and a large spool of copper wire across both Bee and Aransas counties. All stolen items were successfully returned to LPL Solar.
Sheriff Randy Aguirre expressed gratitude to the Aransas County Sheriff’s Office for their cooperation and reaffirmed Bee County’s commitment to protecting its residents and businesses.
All individuals are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
