ROME, Ga. — Holly Denise Wigley, 35, was arrested this week after a violent dispute at a residence on Wade Street.
According to reports, Wigley repeatedly punched another woman in the face, resulting in a black eye and scratches to the victim’s chin. Following the punches, Wigley shoved the woman to the ground, causing an injury to her elbow.
Wigley has been charged with battery in connection with the incident.
