CRAVEN COUNTY, N.C. — Havelock Police arrested two men on Dec. 20 in connection with a stolen vehicle investigation at a local towing company.
Jeffrey Shepherd, 21, and Bruce Swanger, 26, were taken into custody after a search warrant was executed at a residence on Nottingham Drive in Havelock, where the stolen vehicle was recovered.
Both men face charges including larceny of a motor vehicle, possession of a stolen motor vehicle, and breaking and entering of a motor vehicle. Shepherd was given a $25,000 secured bond, while Swanger received no bond. Their first appearances are scheduled in Craven County District Court.
