In a recent operation, the district police made two significant arrests related to drug and liquor possession. The first incident occurred when Haryana police officials arrested Sunny, a resident of Ward No. 7. During the arrest, the police seized 25 bottles of illegal liquor from him.
In a separate operation, the Mukerian police arrested Phillips, a resident of Mansoorpur, while on patrol in the area. Upon searching him, the police recovered 65 grams of intoxicating powder.
Both individuals have been taken into custody, and investigations are underway to further examine their involvement in the illegal activities.
