Gurugram Police have arrested three suspects for robbery after they allegedly robbed a cab driver at gunpoint, stealing his car, phone, and documents. The accused have been identified as Deepak, Rahul, and Suraj Kumar, all residents of Ashok Vihar Phase-3, Gurugram.

The incident occurred on February 6, when the cab driver picked up the suspects, who had booked the ride via Rapido in the Ashok Vihar area. Upon reaching Paras Society, Sector-106, the driver asked the suspects to leave the vehicle. In response, the three men attacked the driver, using a rope to restrain him and beating him into unconsciousness. They then made off with his car, phone, and important documents.

A Crime Branch team from Sector-39 launched an investigation and arrested the suspects on Sunday near NH 48, close to Sector-15, Gurugram. During the investigation, police discovered that Suraj Kumar had a prior robbery case registered against him in Gurugram.

Authorities are continuing their investigation into the crime, while the arrested suspects are being questioned for further details.
