Guntur district police arrested 10 individuals, including a college principal, in connection with the B.Ed question paper leak case. The arrests were made within two days of a case being filed with the Peddakakani police.

According to Guntur Superintendent of Police Satish Kumar, the Perspective in Child Development question paper, scheduled for an afternoon examination, was found circulating on social media at around 1:20 pm on Friday. Upon receiving a complaint from Mannava Subba Rao, the examination coordinator for PG and Professional Courses at Acharya Nagarjuna University, Pedakakani CI T.P. Narayana Swamy initiated an investigation.
