GLEN HEAD, NY — Christine Bagwell, a Glen Head resident with a prior conviction for animal abuse, is now facing charges related to ammunition and drug possession.
During a probation check on Thursday, officers discovered a high-capacity rifle magazine, 26 rounds of ammunition, and substances suspected to be crystal meth and cocaine inside her home.
Bagwell’s charges include multiple counts of criminal possession of a weapon and criminal possession of a controlled substance.
Previously, Bagwell and her father were convicted in 2020 for abusing their disabled dog.
