Saratoga County, NY (WRGB) — A 35-year-old woman from Albany has been charged with felony grand larceny after allegedly stealing over $1,000 worth of merchandise from a Walmart in Halfmoon.
Deputies from the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office responded to an active larceny call at the Walmart on Sunday, July 27, at approximately 5:50 PM. Following their investigation, Giovanna Vardine was arrested and charged with Grand Larceny in the 4th Degree, a class E felony.
Vardine was arraigned in Halfmoon Town Court and remanded to Saratoga County Jail pending further court proceedings.
