RUSSELL COUNTY, Va. — Two Georgia men were arrested following a phone scam investigation in Russell County, Virginia.

Dapri Da’Mann Eugene Lewis, 26, of Atlanta, and Quindarius De’Shawn Gibbs, 26, of Fairburn, were taken into custody on Tuesday, according to the Russell County Sheriff’s Office (RCSO).
