ABERYSTWYTH, Wales — Gareth Edwards, 35, has been charged with two counts of sexual assault following a public appeal by Dyfed-Powys Police.
Police issued a statement on May 21 seeking information on Edwards, wanted on suspicion of sexual assault. On June 7, officers confirmed his arrest and charges, which also include driving a motor vehicle without insurance and driving otherwise than in accordance with a licence.
“We thank the media and community for their help in this investigation,” said Dyfed-Powys Police.
Edwards is expected to appear in court later this week.
