Frederick S. Locklear, 40, and Kevin N. Hall, 18, were arrested by the Robeson County Sheriff’s Office Community Impact Team on multiple drug trafficking charges Thursday. The two men were charged with two counts of trafficking methamphetamine, conspiracy to traffic methamphetamine, possession with intent to manufacture, sell, and deliver a Schedule II controlled substance, maintaining a vehicle or dwelling for a controlled substance, and possession of marijuana.

The arrests followed a traffic stop around 5:02 p.m. on Thursday in the 4000 block of Red Hill Road for a vehicle violation. During the investigation and search, authorities discovered paraphernalia along with methamphetamine, ecstasy, and marijuana. Both Locklear and Hall are currently being held at the Robeson County Detention Center with a secured bond of $500,000 each.
