CONCORD, NH — The Concord Police Department has released details on multiple arrests that occurred in the city between May 20 and June 30, 2025, including charges ranging from drug possession and burglary to robbery, child endangerment, and warrant arrests.
Frank Pickering, 42, of Concord, was arrested at 9:33 p.m. on June 30 on a warrant and a felony drug possession charge after an incident on South Main Street.
Amy Tobyne, 41, of Concord, received a summons at 11:29 a.m. on June 24 for resisting arrest or detention after an incident on School Street.
Jeffrey A. Rule, 37, of Concord, was arrested at 2:40 a.m. on June 11 on a bench warrant following an incident on Manchester Street.
Zachary Hayden Sanborn, 33, of Concord, was arrested at 10:36 p.m. on June 10 on a warrant after an investigation on Langdon Avenue.
Anthony Craib, 61, of Concord, was arrested at 7:15 a.m. on June 10 on burglary and criminal trespass charges related to an incident on North Main Street.
Edgar W. Gordon, 59, of Boscawen, faces multiple charges from incidents on Whitney Road and North Main Street, including burglary, forgery, theft over $1,501, receiving stolen property, and criminal mischief. He was arrested at 4:57 p.m. on May 29.
Kayleigh Elizabeth Thoroughgood, 24, of Concord, was arrested at 7:31 a.m. on May 23 on charges of child endangerment, simple assault, and domestic violence after an incident on Centre Street.
Catherine Mary Steenbeke, 45, of Boscawen, was arrested at 9:45 a.m. on May 23 for disorderly conduct at Capital City Billiards on Fisherville Road.
Richard S. McPherson, 50, of Concord, was arrested at 12:49 a.m. on May 23 on a bench warrant after an incident near I-93 and I-393.
Jeremy P. Ducharme, 42, of Concord, was arrested at 3:16 p.m. on May 22 on burglary, theft over $1,501, and criminal mischief charges related to an incident on Old Loudon Road.
Mark D. Yeskis, 53, of Concord, was arrested at 5:43 p.m. on May 21 at the Friendly Kitchen on a bench warrant. He previously failed to appear in court for a theft charge and also faces an active forgery case out of Exeter.
Amber Lynn Gelinas, 35, of Concord, was arrested at 3:24 p.m. on May 21 on multiple stalking and breach of bail charges related to incidents at Walgreens and the Salisbury Green apartments.
Jyanna A. Brideau, 30, of Concord, was arrested at 1:07 p.m. on May 21 on common nuisance and two felony drug possession charges following an incident on Matthew Street.
Jillian L. Collins, 36, of Barnstead, was arrested at 2:32 a.m. on May 20 on charges of robbery, simple assault, willful concealment, and theft under $1,000 after an incident at Marshalls on Storrs Street.
