RIVERSIDE COUNTY – Four women have been arrested for allegedly carrying out a series of thefts targeting stores across Riverside County.

According to the Riverside County Sheriff’s Office, the suspects are linked to at least 28 thefts and approximately $50,000 worth of stolen merchandise.

The suspects have been identified as:

Jocelyn Robledo, 23, of Arizona

Raylina Nemeth, 27, of Whittier

Irma Nemeth, 32, of Whittier

Patricia Garcia, 45, of Baldwin Park

Investigators began looking into the thefts on October 20, following multiple reports from businesses in La Quinta. After gathering witness accounts and information from loss prevention staff, detectives obtained a detailed description of the suspects’ vehicle.

On November 10, deputies spotted a car matching the description near Cook Street and Country Club Drive in Palm Desert. All four women were inside the vehicle and were taken into custody.

A search of the car revealed approximately $12,000 worth of suspected stolen merchandise. The women have been charged with theft, organized retail theft, and petty theft with priors.

The investigation remains ongoing, and authorities are urging anyone with further information to come forward.
