Four Suspects Arrested in Fairfax County for Retail Theft Ring

New York-Based Crew Caught With Stolen Goods in Lincolnia

Four individuals were arrested by Fairfax County Police on February 4 for being part of a retail theft crew operating out of New York. Officers responded to a report of a larceny in progress in Lincolnia, Virginia, at approximately 7:30 p.m. Upon arrival at the 6200 block of Little River Turnpike, police took four suspects into custody, who were found in possession of stolen merchandise.

The suspects were identified as Jefferson Caluqui Cevallos, 32, of New Jersey; Germania Dianire Andrade, 37, of New Jersey; Geovanni Flor Vera, 46, of no fixed address; and Willian Atupana Cepeda, 31, of no fixed address. Each was charged with petit larceny and possession of stolen goods.

The arrested individuals were taken to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center. Vera was held on a secure bond, while the others were released on their own personal recognizance.
