PALM BEACH COUNTY, Florida (WPBF) — Authorities have charged four men in connection with a theft ring that targeted T-Mobile shipments sent via UPS in Palm Beach County.

Sheldon Brown, Samuel Drummond, Giffton White, and Christopher Palmer are accused of orchestrating a scheme to intercept and resell stolen electronics. Investigators used GPS tracking devices to monitor the packages, linking the suspects to multiple incidents of grand theft, fraud, and racketeering. Surveillance footage and communication records further helped law enforcement uncover the operation.

While three of the suspects have been arrested, Drummond remains at large. The men face serious charges, including conspiracy to commit racketeering, grand theft over $100,000, an organized scheme to defraud over $50,000, dealing in stolen property, and unlawful use of a two-way communication device.

As of February 25, 2025, T-Mobile reported losses totaling $269,035.80 due to the thefts. The investigation is ongoing.
