Law enforcement agencies in North Carolina have arrested four men suspected of orchestrating a multi-county theft ring involving dirt bikes, vehicles, and construction equipment.

The suspects, identified as Anthony Devon White, Roger Amir Bell, Damon Jaquan Gresham, and Brian Duane Jones, were apprehended following months of investigation by the Raleigh Police Department, the North Carolina State Bureau of Investigation, and other agencies.

The probe began in October 2025 when the Randolph County Sheriff’s Office investigated the theft of construction machinery from Bobcat of Asheboro and requested assistance from the NC SBI. Raleigh Police later connected the case to a Triangle-based criminal group allegedly responsible for widespread thefts across the state.

Authorities said the suspects stole vehicles, dirt bikes, ATVs, UTVs, and heavy equipment, including a notable theft of 17 dirt bikes in Yadkin County and commercial equipment in Charlotte.

During the arrests, officers recovered eight firearms, various stolen items, drugs, and cash. Investigators stated that the probe is ongoing, and additional arrests are expected as the investigation continues.
