CHEYENNE, Wyo. — Four people are facing felony charges after allegedly using a stolen business credit card to make more than $3,400 in fraudulent purchases at Home Depot stores in Wyoming and Colorado.

The investigation began in May 2025 when an employee at the Terry Bison Ranch reported a stolen business credit card taken from a work truck. Laramie County deputies say Michael B. Westover, Rachael Ann Dimaio, Bridget Ann Copley, and Joshua Buckles used the card to purchase power tools, gift cards, and other merchandise between late March and mid-April.

Surveillance footage from Home Depot stores in Cheyenne and Fort Collins, Colorado, reportedly shows the four suspects acting together—entering stores, selecting items, and using the same stolen card to complete the purchases. Unauthorized charges totaled $3,433.11 across three stores.

Westover faces felony charges of forgery and conspiracy, along with misdemeanor credit card fraud. Dimaio is charged with felony forgery, credit card fraud, and conspiracy. Buckles and Copley also face felony charges for forgery and conspiracy. All four are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

Interviews with law enforcement revealed that Copley admitted the group targeted gift cards for their ease of use and resale. She said Westover found the credit card in a laundry room at Terry Bison Ranch, though she suggested it might have been taken from a vehicle. Buckles denied knowing the card was stolen.

During Westover’s Aug. 7 arrest, deputies reportedly found marijuana and 3.9 grams of suspected methamphetamine, which was sent to the Wyoming State Crime Lab for testing. Dimaio was arrested the following day.
