Former Paris Athletic Booster Club Officer Jessica Howard Arrested

Accused of Stealing Over $23,000 from Non-Profit Organization

PARIS, Mo. — Jessica Ruth Howard, a 43-year-old woman from Paris, Missouri, has been arrested and is facing multiple felony charges for allegedly stealing more than $23,000 from a non-profit organization.

Howard, a former officer with the Paris Athletic Booster Club, was arrested Friday morning by the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office. She faces six felony charges, including three counts of stealing, one count of forgery, and two counts of fraudulent use of a credit device.

Between August 2023 and September 2024, Howard allegedly took more than $23,000 from the Booster Club without authorization. She is currently being held in the Monroe County Jail on a $100,000 cash-only bond.
