A former Leesville Chief Deputy Marshal, Kim Pollock, has been arrested for allegedly stealing approximately $82,000 from the Leesville City Marshal’s Office (LCMO), following an investigation conducted by the Louisiana State Police Criminal Investigations Division (LSP CID).
The investigation was initiated in December 2024 when the Vernon Parish Sheriff’s Office (VPSO) and the Leesville City Marshal’s Office requested assistance from LSP CID. The inquiry revealed that Pollock had stolen funds from the LCMO between September 2022 and December 2024.
On March 26, 2025, LSP CID obtained an arrest warrant for Pollock on charges of theft over $25,000 and malfeasance in office. Pollock was arrested this morning without incident and booked into the Vernon Parish Sheriff’s Office.
The Louisiana State Police are the lead agency in the ongoing investigation. No additional details have been released at this time.
