Five Men, Including Bilal Hussain, Charged Over Class A Drugs Supply

Suspects appear in Blackburn Magistrates’ Court for drug supply case

Five men have been charged in connection with the supply of Class A drugs into Burnley and Pendle, making their first court appearances on June 11, 2025.

Lancashire Police confirmed the arrests and charges against Bilal Hussain, Adam Hussain, Islaam Nazir, Asif Ali, and Shoaib Safdar on suspicion of supplying controlled drugs.

The suspects appeared at Blackburn Magistrates’ Court, where a date was set for a plea and trial preparation hearing. Bilal Hussain, 31, and Adam Hussain, both from Moorside, Bradford, Nazir, 30, from Kirkgate, Burnley, Ali, 31, of Evelyn Street, Burnley, and Safdar, of Seldon Street, Colne, were remanded in custody.

Police revealed that three of the men were arrested at Manchester Airport, one in Burnley, and one in Colne. During the investigation, quantities of heroin and crack cocaine, mobile phones, cash, and drug preparation items were seized.

The next hearing is scheduled for July 9, 2025, at Burnley Crown Court.
