Five Arrested in Belton, Texas, for Home Invasion and Shots Fired Incident

BELTON, Texas (KWTX) – Five suspects have been arrested following a home invasion and shots fired incident at an apartment complex in Belton. The Belton Police Department responded to the call around 12:32 p.m. on Wednesday, February 19, at an apartment complex located in the 1100 block of Shady Lane.

Upon arriving at the scene, officers discovered that the door to an apartment had been kicked in, leading to an altercation in which a man was physically assaulted. As the suspects fled the scene, they fired multiple shots at a car with one woman inside. Fortunately, no injuries were reported.

The five individuals arrested have been charged with felony counts of aggravated assault, burglary of a habitation, and engaging in organized crime. The suspects have been identified as Lee Davis, Ethan Holcombe, La’Quaile Lawrence, Mon’quavion Lawrence, and Charqwisha Mathis.
