FIA Arrests Five in Human Trafficking and Visa Fraud Scheme

Farooq Adil, Nazakat Ali, and others arrested for illegal activities

The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) has apprehended five individuals from Gujranwala and Gujarat, connected to a human trafficking and visa fraud operation. The accused, identified as Farooq Adil, Nazakat Ali, Muhammad Asif, Muhammad Arsalan, and Adnan Ali, have been involved in sending innocent citizens abroad through illegal means.

According to a spokesperson from the FIA, Farooq Adil extorted 1.4 million Pakistani rupees by falsely promising jobs in Romania. Nazakat Ali was responsible for collecting 5 million rupees from victims, claiming he could facilitate their journey to Libya and Europe. Additionally, Muhammad Asif misled a citizen by promising employment in Kyrgyzstan, receiving 1.1 million rupees in return. Muhammad Arsalan extorted 1.03 million rupees from another victim under the pretext of securing a job in Kuwait.

The FIA continues to investigate and take action against these illegal activities, aiming to prevent further exploitation of vulnerable individuals.
