HOPKINSVILLE, Ky. — Fernando Guzman, 40, was arrested Monday afternoon on two outstanding warrants, according to the Hopkinsville Police Department.
Police said Guzman was wanted for theft by unlawful taking—shoplifting property valued at more than $1,000 but less than $10,000—as well as failure to appear in court.
Authorities have not released additional details regarding the circumstances that led to the charges.
