by Amelia Crawford

Two 20-year-olds from Feltham have been sentenced after being caught with heroin and a knife in High Wycombe.

Speedy Arrest After Oxford Road Sting

Paul Quaicoe, 20, of Orchard Avenue, and Jeffrey Mensah, 20, from Carlton Avenue, appeared at Aylesbury Crown Court on 12 December.

Paul Quaicoe admitted possession with intent to supply Class A heroin and involvement in drug supply. He was sentenced to two and a half years in a young offender’s institute.

Jeffrey Mensah pleaded guilty to carrying a bladed article in public and received a prison sentence of 3½ months.

Caught Red-Handed

On 28 July at 8:50pm, officers spotted Quaicoe hiding heroin behind a car wheel on Oxford Road, while Mensah was seen brandishing a knife from his waistband. Both were arrested on the spot and charged the next day.

The case highlights a clear message from police: High Wycombe will not tolerate drug dealing or knife crime.
