FARGO, N.D. — Fargo Police arrested three people on Saturday following a robbery and assault investigation.
According to Sergeant Lucas Mock, officers responded at 10:15 a.m. to the 4500 block of 19th Avenue South after a report that a suspect had assaulted an employee, stolen money, and fled in a vehicle. The employee was transported to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Police located the suspect’s vehicle just after noon in the 200 block of NP Avenue. While the main suspect, 36-year-old Phillip Parks, was not in the vehicle, two passengers were arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia. They were identified as 37-year-old Lena Fogel and 37-year-old Leroy Manning, both from Fargo.
Officers continued searching for Parks and successfully arrested him just before 4 p.m. in the 700 block of 8th Street North. He was taken to the Cass County Jail.
The investigation into the robbery and assault remains ongoing.
