In a significant development, Delhi Police have arrested a couple and apprehended their minor son in connection with the murder of a man following a violent dispute in Dwarka.
The arrested individuals have been identified as Faisal Hussain (54), his wife Ruksana Khatoon (46), and their juvenile son. According to officials, the trio had gone into hiding after launching a violent attack on their neighbour Molana Hasan and his sons using sticks and iron rods on April 29.
The altercation reportedly stemmed from ongoing tensions related to a gaming parlour operated by the accused family in Sewak Park. Frequent disturbances caused by the parlour led to rising friction with the victim’s family.
Tragically, Hasan’s son, Osama, who was severely injured in the assault, succumbed to his injuries while undergoing treatment. A case was registered at the Bindapur Police Station following the incident.
After evading authorities for several days, the accused were finally tracked down and arrested on May 9 in the Saket area. Further investigations are currently underway.
