ALEXANDER COUNTY, N.C. — Ethan Trae Kistler, 26, of Hildebran, was arrested on December 1 by Alexander County Sheriff’s Officers.
Kistler faces multiple charges, including possession of a stolen vehicle, possession of methamphetamine, maintaining a vehicle for use of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, operating a commercial vehicle without a license, and open container of alcohol.
Earlier this morning, deputies received a tip that a reported stolen vehicle might be in the area. Officers located the vehicle on Icard Ridge Road and conducted a traffic stop, identifying Kistler as the driver. He was also found to have outstanding warrants from Burke County.
Kistler is being held at the Alexander County Detention Center without bond. His first court appearance is scheduled for December 8.
