MANHATTAN, Kan. — A 19-year-old Ogden man remains in custody at the Riley County Jail following his arrest on multiple theft-related charges, according to law enforcement officials.
The suspect, identified as Estevan Rochin, was arrested around 3:17 p.m. Monday in the 200 block of Riley Avenue in Ogden, authorities said.
Riley County Police reported that Rochin was booked on charges including theft of property or services, three counts of theft by deception, and two counts of providing false information.
Rochin was issued a total bond of $20,000 and remained in the Riley County Jail as of Tuesday morning.
As with all criminal cases, the charges are allegations, and Rochin is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
