WHITESBORO, Texas — A 39-year-old Whitesboro man was arrested following an investigation into a reported burglary.
Erick Wooten was charged with burglary of a habitation, assault on a public servant, and resisting arrest. Authorities say the alleged burglary occurred on the 700 block of Abney Street, according to the Whitesboro Police Department.
Wooten was booked into the Grayson County Jail on January 13 and is currently being held on a total bond of $42,500.
