The Jennings County Sheriff’s Office identified Wilson as a possible suspect in a prescription medication theft. On Sunday, March 15, deputies conducted an interview at his residence, which led to enough probable cause to obtain a search warrant.

During the search, authorities recovered the stolen medication along with 36.6 grams of methamphetamine, 43.3 grams of marijuana, additional prescription-only drugs, and drug paraphernalia.

Wilson now faces multiple charges, including dealing methamphetamine (Level 2 felony), possession of a legend drug (Level 6 felony), possession of a narcotic drug (Level 6 felony), theft (A misdemeanor), possession of marijuana (B misdemeanor), and possession of paraphernalia (C misdemeanor).

Officials noted that all suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
