Eric Hebner Sentenced for Stealing $110K from Little League

Former Ridgefield Treasurer Gets Jail Time for Theft, Forgery

RIDGEFIELD, Wash. — Former Ridgefield Little League (RLL) treasurer Eric Hebner has been sentenced to six months in jail after admitting to stealing over $110,000 from the youth baseball organization.

On Wednesday, a Clark County Superior Court judge handed down the sentence after Hebner pleaded guilty to first-degree theft and forgery. Additional charges of unlawful issuance of checks and forgery were dismissed. The final 30 days of Hebner’s sentence may be served through a supervised work crew program.

Police began investigating after RLL board members were contacted by vendors about unpaid bills. The board soon discovered the league’s bank account had been closed in October 2024 with a negative balance of nearly $3,000. Hebner, who had exclusive access to the account from 2018 until January 2025, was immediately suspended from his position.

Court documents revealed that Hebner used the stolen funds to pay off personal expenses including credit card bills, Venmo payments, TikTok, Comcast, NW Natural Gas, college transcripts, and the adult content site OnlyFans.

The Ridgefield Police Department led the investigation following notification by league officials. Hebner’s fraudulent activity had gone undetected for years until financial inconsistencies surfaced late last year.
