Eniola Aluko Sues Joey Barton for Defamation Over Social Media Posts

Football pundit Eniola Aluko has initiated legal action against Joey Barton, attending the first hearing of her High Court libel case. The former England women’s footballer alleges that two posts made by Barton on the social media platform X (formerly Twitter) in January were defamatory.
