WILMINGTON, N.C. — A Wilmington man is facing multiple charges, including assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill, following an arrest by the Wilmington Police Department (WPD).
Elvin Sadith Bueso, 44, was arrested on Monday, Dec. 22, according to court records. He faces two felony counts of assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill, as well as discharge of a firearm within city limits, simple possession of a Schedule VI controlled substance, and possession of marijuana paraphernalia.
Bueso is scheduled for his first court appearance on Jan. 15 at 11 a.m. at the New Hanover County Courthouse.
He is currently held at the New Hanover County Jail under a secured $75,000 bond.
