Eleven members of the Paterson-based street gang 100k have been charged for their involvement in a violent racketeering conspiracy, the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of New Jersey announced.
The individuals charged include Jasun Allah, 21; Christopher Thomas, 27; Michael Davis, 27; Jazmeir Reyes, 19; Kyzeik Robinson, 19; Jacim Pitts, 24; Born Allah, 23; Elijah Rubio, 20; Trasean Short, 19; Elijah Byrd, 19; and Quincy Franklin, 27. Each of them faces one count of conspiracy to violate the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO).
Since its establishment in 2016, 100k has been involved in violent crimes and drug trafficking, targeting rival gangs such as the Blockboyz and 4k. The gang’s criminal activity has included shootings, murders, and extensive drug trafficking operations.
Notably, the gang’s violent activities include the shooting and killing of a Blockboyz member on October 1, 2023, in retaliation for the death of a high-ranking 100k member, as well as the shooting and wounding of a 4k member on May 27, 2024. Further incidents in 2024 include multiple shootings involving 100k members in gang-controlled territories.
Reyes, Robinson, Davis, and Pitts face a mandatory minimum sentence of five years, with a maximum of 40 years in prison and a potential $5 million fine on conspiracy to distribute controlled substances charges. Additionally, the RICO conspiracy charge carries a maximum penalty of life in prison, underscoring the severity of the gang’s activities.
The investigation, led by the U.S. Attorney’s Office, aims to dismantle the violent 100k gang and hold its members accountable for their criminal actions.
