MANCHESTER, N.H. (WHDH) — Edward Meiggs, 62, was arrested in connection with a break-in at Market Square Jewelers in Manchester last week.
Police say Meiggs used a cane to smash open display cases during the incident. This is not his first run-in with the law at this location, as he was arrested last month for stealing from the same jewelry store.
Meiggs now faces charges related to the break-in, with authorities continuing their investigation.
