Twin Falls, ID – Edgar Antonio Venegas, an 18-year-old from Twin Falls, has been arrested in connection to a fatal crash that occurred on February 22, 2025.
Venegas was taken into custody Wednesday after Twin Falls Police executed an arrest warrant for his involvement in the deadly incident.
He now faces multiple charges, including:
Vehicular manslaughter
Leaving the scene of an injury accident
Two counts of aggravated DUI
Four counts of injury to a child
The crash resulted in the death of 30-year-old Jose Malagon, also of Twin Falls. Authorities continue their investigation into the circumstances surrounding the crash.
