EAGLE SPRINGS, N.C. — Courtney Marsh, a 35-year-old man from Eagle Springs, was arrested on March 28, 2025, after Moore County Sheriff’s detectives executed a search warrant at his residence. During the search, authorities seized significant amounts of drugs and cash.
Drug Bust Details:
According to Sheriff Ronnie Fields, investigators seized the following items from Marsh’s home in the 100 block of Mitte Road:
12.3 ounces of cocaine
13 pounds of marijuana
233 dosage units of MDMA (ecstasy)
Various drug and marijuana paraphernalia
Two firearms
Over $6,500 in cash
Charges:
Marsh now faces a variety of serious charges, including:
Trafficking in MDMA
Possession with intent to sell and deliver a Schedule I controlled substance
Felony possession of a Schedule I controlled substance
Trafficking in cocaine
Possession with intent to sell and deliver cocaine
Felony possession of cocaine
Trafficking in marijuana
Possession with intent to sell and deliver a Schedule VI controlled substance
Felony possession of marijuana
Maintaining a vehicle, dwelling, or place for controlled substances
Possession of drug paraphernalia
Possession of marijuana paraphernalia
Two counts of possession of a firearm by a felon
Arrest and Bond:
Marsh was placed under a $750,000 secured bond and is currently being held at the Moore County Detention Center in Carthage. His court date is set for April 2.
