HOLTON, Kan. (WIBW) — Dustin MacAllister Nicol, 45, of Mayetta, is being held in Jackson County Jail following his arrest Tuesday afternoon near 4th and Arizona streets in Holton.
Jackson County Sheriff Tim Morse reported that Nicol was taken into custody on two outstanding warrants. Authorities allege that Nicol entered the Jackson County Jail while concealing drug contraband.
A search warrant was executed on the vehicle Nicol was driving, leading to the seizure of a glass smoking pipe, a loaded rifle, and a quantity of a hallucinogenic drug.
Nicol was booked on multiple charges including:
Possession of methamphetamine
Possession of a hallucinogenic drug
Trafficking contraband into a correctional facility
Possession of drug paraphernalia
Criminal use of weapons
