ONSLOW COUNTY, NC — Donald Carlton Williams, 52, of Jacksonville, was arrested Wednesday, January 21, by the Jacksonville Police Department on multiple fentanyl-related charges, according to warrants.
Williams faces several felony charges, including sale of a Schedule II-controlled substance, possession of fentanyl, and maintaining a vehicle, dwelling, or place for controlled substances. In addition, he was charged with two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia.

Williams is being held without bond at the Onslow County Detention Center. His first court appearance is scheduled for Thursday, January 22, at the Onslow County Courthouse.
