DAGSBORO, Del. — The Delaware State Police have arrested Dominick Drummond, 48, of Dagsboro, on multiple felony drug and weapons charges following the execution of a search warrant on March 2, 2026.
Members of the Sussex County Drug Unit, Sussex County Governor’s Task Force and the Delaware State Police Special Operations Response Team executed the warrant at a residence in the 27000 block of Dagsboro Road after an investigation into alleged narcotics distribution from the property.
Authorities said Drummond was observed attempting to discard narcotics into a fire pit during the search. He and three others were detained without incident.
Items Seized
Investigators reported recovering:
Approximately 122.02 grams of cocaine
Approximately 38.6 grams of crack cocaine
A stolen 9mm handgun
Multiple rounds of 12-gauge ammunition
Drug paraphernalia
$16,030 in suspected drug proceeds
Drummond was taken to Troop 4 and arraigned in Justice of the Peace Court 2. He was committed to the Sussex Correctional Institution on a $131,000 cash bond.
Charges
Drummond faces numerous felony charges, including:
Manufacture, delivery, or possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance (two counts)
Possession of a controlled substance (two counts)
Possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony
Possession of a firearm or ammunition by a person prohibited
Receiving a stolen firearm
Operating or attempting to operate a clandestine laboratory
Tampering with physical evidence
Possession of drug paraphernalia
Two of the three additional individuals detained were charged with misdemeanor offenses and released on their own recognizance.
