Dmirist Ford Arrested for Robberies at Three Dollar General Stores

Hoke County man held without bond after armed robberies

by Amelia Crawford

A Hoke County man, Dmirist Ford, has been arrested following multiple armed robberies at three Dollar General stores over a two-week span.

Authorities reported that the robberies took place between May 30 and June 13 in Hoke County. Investigators say Ford approached the checkout counters, brandished a firearm, and demanded money.

Two of the robberies occurred at the Dollar General on Rockfish Road, while another took place at a store located on Highway 15/501.

Ford is currently being held without bond and is scheduled to appear in court on Tuesday.
