Dindoli police have arrested five individuals, including a minor, in connection with the murder of 32-year-old Ashish Singh outside Shree Krishna AC Mall on Sunday afternoon.
The arrested are:
Abhishek Rajput (21) – previously registered in a 2024 dacoity case at Katargam police station
Gaurav Mishra (21) – history-sheeter with six offences including abduction, dacoity, attempt to murder, and rioting
Hitesh Pandey (24)
Samir Sharma (20)
Minor boy – identity withheld due to age
According to police reports, Singh, a property dealer, was attacked shortly after returning from a blood donation camp and sustained fatal injuries in the assault.
Authorities are probing the motive behind the murder and are questioning the accused. Police also noted that Singh had two prior offences registered against him. The investigation is ongoing to determine if there were additional accomplices involved.
