GLUCKSTADT, Miss. (WLBT) – Dexter Deon Oliver, 41, was arrested on Tuesday after a routine traffic stop in Gluckstadt. Police say that Oliver was detained after officers discovered several multi-colored pills, cocaine, and a firearm in his possession during the stop near Industrial Drive and Old Jackson Road. The exact time of the stop was not disclosed.
Oliver faces multiple charges, including trafficking of a controlled substance while in possession of a firearm, possession of a controlled substance, disorderly conduct for failure to obey, and multiple traffic violations.
He was granted a $300,000 bond during his appearance at the Gluckstadt Municipal Court and is currently being held at the Madison County Detention Center.
