ADAMS COUNTY, Miss. (WDAM) – Devin Wheeler, 28, is now in custody after being charged with the fatal shooting of 63-year-old William “Billy” Ray on April 13.
Wheeler was arrested Thursday evening at a residence in West Monroe, Louisiana. He has been booked into the Adams County Sheriff’s Office.
The charges against Wheeler include first and second-degree murder, and he has been denied bond.
